Hi, I've been working on a design for a while, INN3679C , 24V 3A / 12V 0.35 A
I NOW get an error Notification - 734 - a message about the output voltage being too high... contact support ... what's suddenly the problem ?
Thank you very much for reaching out to us, at the same time, please accept my apologies for the delayed answer.
You may be aware that the VOUT pin of INN36XX has an absolute maximum voltage rating of 27V. For any output voltages higher than 22V, we would like it to be done under the supervision of our application team.
So I would encourage you to contact our FAE who can review your design and offer specific guidance. Let me assure you that 24V is perfectly standard output voltage that you can design for.
If you wish, I can also review your design and provide support. Please share with me details of your design (complete specification) and I will provide guidance with the design.
Hope this helps.
If you have any other question, please, do not hesitate to contact us.
OK, sorry, I got sick of checking back for an answer.
How do I contact a FAE ?
Expert will still let you in if you select your first output as 12V and your second is 24V, feedback is off 24V .....?
