Select parameters below to configure the ideal InnoSwitch3 product for your project.
The breakdown voltage of the integrated power switch. Higher breakdown voltages provide greater protection from input voltage spikes.
For constant power designs, this is the voltage (and current) point that represents the maximum power output of the supply. Above this voltage, output current will be reduced in order to maintain that maximum power.
The amount of cable drop compensation supplied by the InnoSwitch3 IC.
The output voltage at which the InnoSwitch3 IC will automatically restart. This may be expressed as a voltage, or as a percentage of the nominal output voltage, depending on the design requirements.
How the InnoSwitch3 IC will respond if the AR Threshold is reached. Depending on other selected features, you may choose either Auto Restart or Latch Off as the response.
The output voltage at which the InnoSwitch3 IC will automatically shut down in order to protect the connected device from damage. If no value is specified, the product does not have overvoltage protection.
How the InnoSwitch3 IC will respond if the the OVP Threshold is reached. Depending on other selected features, you may choose either Auto Restart or Latch Off as the response.
How the InnoSwitch3 IC will respond if the Over Temperature Threshold is reached. Depending on other selected features, you may choose either Hysteretic Restart or Latch Off as the response.
