RCD Clamp Circuit - Number of RC resistors

Hi,
We generated a led driver design using PI Expert. For the RCD Clamp circuit we got the RC as 43k (*2). Please clarify, is the two resistors need to be added in series or in parallel?

The two resistors are consider to be in parallel.
