Technical clarification on active clamping circuit in Concept gate driver 2SC0435T2A0-17

We are using Concept gate driver with part No. 2SC0435T2A0-17. We are facing problems with the active clamp circuit in the driver. Please check the attachment for the details of the converter and the components used in the active clamp circuit. Kindly recommend us for the proper selection of components in the active clamp circuit. Please check the attached document.
