No RCD + Zener snubber option in Expert PI

Hello,
I am trying to build a flyback converter based on Linkswitch CV where my input is 150Vac-250Vac 50Hz and output is 24Vdc @0.3A (7.2W).
When designing the snubber, there is only the RCD option without the zener. Can anyone clarify why?

Thank you for using Power Integrations.
The RCD option is NOT a restriction on any other options that may be available.
We, at Power Integrations, are always on the look out for designs with minimal
component count and cost. In this light, designs can do without the zener but it is
not to say that you can't deviate from it.
It will totally be left to your preference as our customer.
