Hello, I saved a file for an online design I'm working on, its name is LinkSwitch-HP Design1_Copy00 Prem
The transformer design it provides will not fit on the core size selected, but PI Expert does not give me an error or warning message that the transformer design does not fit. WHY? I have a customer asking for a quotation based on what PI expert provides but as the manufacturer the part is unmakeable.

You can use the PIXls tool which has a spreadsheet type interface.
Did you make sure that the bobbin width entered in PIExpert/PIXls matches with the actual bobbin you are using?
Can you provide us the PIExpert file please? Did you check whether the transformer core/bobbin parameters match with the transformer you have purchased?
