modifying DER-260 for 600V, and isolation

I am looking to modify the DER-260 for my application with the following changes: 600V input, isolation with opto for 5V regulation, can you recommend what I would have to do to implementment. Also what efficient would you expect?
Yes is can be done...but it's going to be a little complicated.
Can you tell me a little bit about your project and what you're trying to accomplish? I might be able to recommend a simpler/better solution.
