2W ( 3.3V @ 600mA) SMPS design with Input voltage range from 15V to 300V AC

Posted by: vowacuwen on

I am looking for 2W SMPS solution with input supply ranging from 15V to 300V AC.
Is there any solution available with power integrations?

I want to use this in one of the product operated with above spec voltage limits and need to certify for CE, and CTick, UL

If any one designed such an SMPS pls share ypur experiences.

Thank you
Srinivas.

Please refer to DI-152 on our website. This is a 3 Watt 18 to 265 VAC design. You may be able to extend the range for your application.

i tried simulating with TINY switch III with 25V to 300V input range using the PI expert designer tool but could nt simulate as it was giving a tool error.
could you pls check.

thanks

The power supply described in DI-152 is operating out of the normal input voltage range. Additional circuitry was added to bias the device at low input voltages. Also the device size was increased to reduce coduction losses in the device. PI Expert will not be able to help you with this design.
