Flyback Design Solution Query
Hi PI,
The Input requirements are below, Please provide the Fly back Design solutions.
1.Input Voltage
Min -- 108Vac
Max -- 300Vac
2. Aux1 Voltage -- 14V @ 30mA
Aux2 Voltage -- 7V @ 20mA
3. Secondary side Output1 Voltage -- 24V @ 140mA
Secondary side Output2 Voltage -- 7V @ 150mA
Power – 7W
4.Efficiency – 80%
5.The selected Fly back IC is TNY277GN
frequency -- 132Khz
Duty cycle -- 0.65
6.The Reference transformer image is attached below
We are unable to add the Auxiliary windings in the primary side of Transformers. How to add Auxiliary windings to primary side of transformer in the Pi expert tool?
The design is attached below please have a look and provide the solution as soon as possible.

Hi Nagalingeswara Reddy,
PI expert does not add additional auxiliary windings. You may choose to add additional output then connect it to primary (not to secondary side). It will be hard to regulate the auxiliary windings since TNY does not have feature to detect if the output in the auxiliary winding has dropped significantly.
