TNY268 Dual output 12v,5v voltage fluctuation Problem

hello i am using trying to implement dual isolated output voltage smps. 5v output is almost stable with 1mv fluctuation and 12v is 20mv fluctuation.
for transformer i am using 74020 Myrra Flyback transformer
i am following TinySwitch-II Family suggested circuit (15 W Standby Supply, Figure 16 , page 9)
please suggest me how i fix the problem

Implementing any or all of the following should reduce the 12V output ripple:
- using a low ESR capacitor for C2
- using a higher capacitance for C2
- adding a low pass LC filter after C2
