How to determine leakage inductance of flyback transformer (without measurement)?

Is there a value that we can take as an estimate without taking a measurement? For example, can we calculate 3% or 5% of transformer inductance?
Unfortunately, the leakage inductance cannot be determined without measurement as it varies based on the transformer construction. It is dependent on factors such as core type, core geometry, primary to secondary winding insulation, etc. However, there are available software such as Maxwell and Ansys capable of transformer simulation.
