High Voltage Three phase AC input to 5V

1. Have 3 phase ac input with neutral, where each phase voltage goes from, 85V-600Vacrms
2. Need output at 5V/500mA
3. Is there any reference design or some IC solution available for this?
4. Preferred is transformerless, otherwise if not possible only then transformer to be used.
