A schematic of the power supply with fast start

Please help me to design of the power supply with following features:
- power 8...10W
- input voltage 120...250 VAC 50/60 Hz
- output voltage 15...18V
- setup time: < 50 ms
- hold-up time: > 500ms

If it possible I'd like to have a non-isolated schematic.
I would be grateful for any help in creating

Can you kindly let us know the intended application of the product?
There is a wide range of product families that you can choose from depending on the application.
Once an IC family has been chosen, please refer to the design example reports (DER) available for that particular IC. These will help you design your intended power supply.

hi, Im looking for a design for 3 Phase 6KV Surge Protection Isolated PSU, 10W/12W Output,
3 Phase input
6KV Surge protection
EMI/EMC compatability
Isolated
Output 5/12V 10W Max.
Above 85% efficiency
All other protections.
please suggest the Solution.

Need assistance to determine if PI has a suitable component / solution

Embedded microcontroller application for industrial process; 125dgC

Vin (max)=250Vdc with ripple derived from 3 phase 60Hz, full wave rectifier; Ramps up from 0 to max in 1-2 seconds.
5Vdc output when Vin exceeds 20Vdc. Could also be a higher DC output and run through a secondary regulator to get 5.0Vdc.
Output current 20mA, to supply micro and associated I/O.
