LNK 302-304 Voltage Drop

Posted by: Ankeet Gugale on

Hello,

kindly find the attached image. the attached image is of LNK 304 circuit.
kindly find the list of components we used in our circuit:
1)RF1- 8.2ohm 2 Watt normal resistor(not a wire wound).
2) D8- 1N4007 Diode.
3) C14- 4.7uf 400volt.
4) L6- 1mH (resistor type inductor)
5) C16- 4.7uf 400volt.
6) C10- 100n.
7)R10- 2.05K normal resistor
8)R11- 13K normal resistor
9)C11- 10u 35V.
10) D6- UF4007
11)L4- 1 mH (resistor type inductor)
12)D7- UF4007.
13)C12- 100uf 16 volt polarized.
14) R12- 3K resistor.

using all above components we are getting the output of 13 volt
But when we are connecting this(LNK) output with our load the voltage is fluctuating directly between 1v and 3 volt.
kindly help us out with this issue.
thanks in advance.

Hi Ankeet,
What's the current consumption of your output? Resistor type inductor for L4 would not work because it can saturate easily. It cannot handle high current. I suggest you use drum type inductor for L4.
