could you specify the exact component differenct and voltage range difference on the application note?
we recommend to follow the design example as a good start point. we don't have detailed formulas to share
which design example i will follow.i was attached my design for Hiper LCS design for 18V,10A and5V,0.5A can you please Verify that this design is ok or having some corrections

spread sheet is a general design tool. DER447 is CC/CV control topology, so that FB circuit is different in DER447b schematic and spreadsheet.
what you show on 12V flyback schematic is suing primary side regulation.
your schematic shows your input is maybe 115Vac, then your spread sheet Vin is 220Vdc. not consistent.
DER447 is designed for battery charging application for CC/CV control.
